Grilled Marinated Pork with Spicy Chilli & Garlic Dressing

Ingredients

Makes 4 servings

  • 600g Pork tenderloin

 

Marinade

  • 4 tsp fish sauce
  • 4 tbs chopped garlic
  • 4 tbsp chopped coriander leaf
  • 4 tsp oyster sauce
  • ½ tsp of ground pepper

 

Dressing

  • 8 tbsp fish sauce
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tsp chopped Thai Long chillies (pre-soak for 30 mins in hot water)
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp chopped garlic
  • 4 tbsp chopped coriander

Information

This dish is great for parties and gatherings, especially during the summer if you fancy adding some Asian flare to your barbeque party. Pork is a very popular meat in Thailand and here we have a nice and straight forward yet delicious dish that you can prepare quickly and enjoy with a nice cold beer.

 

Time

Approx 45 minutes

Instructions

  • Marinate pork with chopped garlic, coriander, fish sauce, oyster sauce and ground pepper for about 10 minutes.
  • Grill the pork on a pan grill or barbeque, turning as needed
  • While pork is cooking prepare the dressing by mixing the fish sauce, sugar and lime juice.
  • Mix well and add in the chopped garlic, coriander and hot chilli.
  • When the pork is cooked slice and arrange on serving plates
  • Place dressing on top of the pork and serve.
  • Serve with fresh salad, green vegetables and cucumber
