Guacamole is a wonderful, simple feature at the Mexican dinner table. The best Guacamole is always frsh and home made and also you can decide on the consistency you prefer. In Mexico Guacamole is usually served chunky.

Instructions
Cut open and remove stones from advocados
Place in large mixing bowl and add the juice from 1 of the limes
Begin mashing the advocados with the back of a fork and as you're doing so add in the onions and chopped coriander
Taste test and add more lime juice to your preference
