Chillies and Humans

Chillies and people have a long history together and we've been using them in food preparation since at least 7500bc. They originate from South and Central Americas with evidence that they were the domesticated in Southwestern Ecuador over 6000 years ago, making them some of the very first plants to be cultivated by man.
