Manju Malhi is a TV chef and cookbook author who encourages people to spice up their lives with a bit of chilli, cumin, coriander, turmeric and garam masala whenever they can. These are her five favourite spices. She teaches novice cooks not only in the UK but in India how to prepare delicious dishes in a most accessible and easy way. She is well known for promoting British cuisine in India and Indian food to the western market through simple recipes and effective ideas encouraging consumers to experiment with new flavours and products.
