Product Origin: Harissa is a deeply aromatic and flavourful dipping and cooking sauce of North Africa and is and is used throughout Tunisia, Algeria and Morroco. It can be found on the table at most meal times and is and also used as a cooking ingredient for soups, stews and other foods. We hand make our Harissa using fresh ingredients in small batches to order. Please send us an email if you would like to order some and we will get straight back to you. The minimum order is 4 jars.
