Guajillo ChilliesDescription: Guajillo chillies are dried Mirasol chillies, grown in northern & central Mexico and are one of the most widely used chillies in central America. Guajillo chillies have a wonderfully deep red colour bringing great visual flair to anything you prepare with them.
Origin: Our Guajillo chillies are grown and dried under the hot Mexican sun.
Heat:
Flavour: Guajillo chillies have a tea like flavour with sweetness and a peppery finish.
Use: Guajillo chillies go really well in chicken soups and stews.
