Description: Habanero means "from Havana" and tells how these infamously hot chillies made their way from the Caribbean Islands to Yucatan, Mexico. Used in Mexico for many hundreds of years, Habanero chillies are an important part of authentic Mexican cuisine.

Origin: Our Habanero chillies are grown and dried under the hot Mexican sun.
