Description: Primarily from west central Mexico and the pacific coastal states, Pasilla chillies are a favourite of Moleros - Mexican sauce chefs. Pasilla chillies are one of the 3 key chillies used to creat Mexico's famous mole poblano sauce and are a favourite for making chilli rellenos.
Origin: Our Pasilla chillies are grown and dried under the hot Mexican sun.

Flavour: Sweet with strong tones of raisins/prunes
Use: sauces, also rehydrated and stuffed to make chilli rellenos.
