Description: Piquin chillies are fiery & flavoursome and can be found growing wild in the highlands of Mexico. The indigenous Tarahumara Indians of northern Mexico believe them to be the greatest protection against evil and eye with suspicion anyone who will not eat them!

Origin: Our Piquin Chillies are grown and dried under the hot Mexican sun.

Use: Traditionally crushed and used in soups, stews and bean dishes.
