Salsa Chilli Kit

Description: Our Salsa Chilli Kit includes Guajillo, Chipotle and Pasilla chillies in the right quantities to produce one batch (equivalent to 4 pots worth) of great tasting Mexican style salsa.

You will need other ingredients to complete the recipe as follows:

500g ripe tomatoes, 1 onion, 2-4 cloves of garlic (depending on your palate), 1 lime, 40-50g coriander leaf (optional) salt and sugar.

Use: Use as a dip or side dish to go with great Mexican dishes. We've been known to experiment and put it into anything from chilli con carne to enchiladas. This is a versatile and delicious salsa!
