


Brazilian Chicken and Vegetable Skewers
I love re creating authentic Brazilian dishes. With my chicken skewers recipe you can easily re create a simple Brazilian Chruassco where meat is BBQ’d over long skewers over an open fire using my Brazilian Smoked Paprika and Spices Seasoning Mix!
- Place the chicken cubes into a mixing bowl and add ½ the Brazilian Seasoning Mix, making sure the chicken is coated evenly, cover and put in the fridge to marinade for 30 minutes, season with a pinch of salt or to your tastes. Do the same with the chunks of vegetables with the other half of the Brazilian Seasoning Mix with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Meanwhile soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes, skip this step if you are using metal skewers.
- To make the chicken and vegetables skewers, thread the chicken, onions, peppers, courgettes and mushrooms onto the skewers and repeat, do this for each of the skewers.
- Cook the chicken and vegetables skewers on the barbecue or on a griddle pan on the stove, around 15-20 min., or until the chicken is fully cooked.
