These Brazilian Fajitas are fab and are so quick easy to make! Enjoy in the delicious flavours of Brazil in less than 15 minutes.
- Fry in a pan with 1 tbsp oil the chicken pieces until they are almost cooked through.
- Add the onion and pepper for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until cooked through.
- Add the Capsicana Chilli & Tomato Cooking Paste and allow to simmer for 2 minutes – you can add 1-3 tbsp of water to reach the consistency desired.
- Serve immediately with warmed tortillas.
