


Brazilian Prawn Fajitas
A Taste of Rio in a fajita! My Brazilian Chilli and Coconut Cook Sauce tastes amazing when paired with seafood but is just as delicious with Chicken, Beef and Lamb.
- Heat the onion and pepper with 1tbsp of oil for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until cooked through.
- Add the prawns and cook until they are cooked through.
- Add the Capsicana Cook Sauce and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve on a tortilla and add your dressings.
