Mexican Chicken Tinga
I love this Chicken Tinga! Make it using my Tomato & Chipotle Tinga Cooking Paste. It has a smoky flavour, with just a little heat from the chipotle – complemented perfectly by the sweet tomatoes. Enjoy!
- Add 300g of chicken strips (or alternative), a chopped onion and pepper to a pre-heated frying pan with one tbsp of oil and fry for 8-10 minutes over a medium heat, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add the Capsicana Tomato & Chipotle Tinga Cooking Paste and stir through, adding 1-3 tbsp of water to achieve the desired consistency.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately with warmed tacos or tortillas.
