


Chickpea & Cauliflower Tinga Tacos
A fab veggie option! These chickpea and cauliflower Tinga Tacos are so tasty! Make them using my Tomato & Chipotle Tinga Cooking Paste. A delicious sweet and smoky combination. Enjoy!
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non stick pan or pot over medium heat.
- Add cauliflower florets and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 60ml water, cover with a lid and let steam for 10 minutes. (Stir half way through)
- Add the cooked chickpeas.
- Add the Capsicana Tomato & Chipotle Tinga Cooking Paste and stir through adding 1-3 tbsp of water to achieve the desired consistency.
- Serve in warm tacos with fresh cilantro and a wedge of lime.
