Cuban Chicken Fajitas

A twist on the classic Chicken Fajita, this recipe uses my Cuban Chilli and Lime Cook Sauce. We combine Habanero chillies with orange and lime juice to create a delicious tangy bite.

Capsicana Cuban Chilli & Lime - Recipes
  • 300g Chicken
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Green or Red Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  1. Heat the onion and pepper with 1tbsp of oil for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until cooked through.
  2. Add the Chicken and cook until they are cooked through.
  3. Add the Chilli and Lime Cook Sauce and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve on a tortilla and add your dressings.
