Capsicana - Ultimate Refried Pinto Beans
  • 250g Cooked Brown Rice
  • 128g Salsa
  • Handful of Pickled Jalapenos
  • 1 Small Can of Sweetcorn
  • 150g Grated Cheese
  • 150g Cooked Shredded Chicken
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Pack of Tortillas
  • Guacamole to garnish
  • Soured Cream to garnish

  1. Preheat the oven at 200C
  2. Mix together the Capsicana Ultimate Refried Beans, cooked brown rice, salsa, sweetcorn (drained), grated cheese and cooked chicken.
  3. One at a time lay the tortillas flat and place the mixture in the centre of the tortilla.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla so that they nearly touch, then bring up the bottom of the tortilla. Pulling the contents tight, roll the buritto from the bottom up and keep the sides tucked in as you go.
  5. Lay burittos sude by side in a deep oven dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, until heated through and they start to turn golden brown.
  7. Serve and garnish with guacamole and soured cream.
