


Mexican Mushroom Fajitas
My Mexican Chilli and Honey Cooking Paste is a real favourite at Capsicana HQ. You can use this recipe to create amazing mushroom fajitas in under 15 minutes!
- Fry 1 tbsp oil in a pan, then add the sliced portobello mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the onion and pepper and fry for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until cooked through.
- Add the Capsicana Chilli & Honey Cooking Paste and allow to simmer for 2 minutes – you can add 1-3 tbsp of water to reach the desired consistency .
- Serve immediately with warmed tortillas.
