Quorn x Capsicana Fajitas

Quorn is our favourite meat alternative and it tastes super tasty in fajitas with Capsicana Chilli & Honey Cooking Paste. Buen Provecho!

Capsicana - Mexican Crispy Pork Belly
  • 1 x Capsicana Chilli & Honey Cooking Paste
  • 300g frozen Quorn Pieces
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green or red pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  1. Add the chopped onion and pepper to a pre-heated frying pan with 1 tbsp of oil, and fry for 2-3 minutes over a medium heat.
  2. Stir in the Quorn pieces and the Capsicana Chilli & Honey cooking paste, along with 1-2 tbsp of water, to achieve the desired consistency.
  3. Stir, cover and simmer on a medium heat for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the Quorn is cooked through.
  4. Serve immediately with warmed tortillas. Make it extra special with Capsicana salsa or guacamole for a fresh tasting, spicy side dish, prepared in seconds.
