This Argentinian Chimichurri Burger is the ultimate recipe for your Latin BBQ this summer! A drool-worthy recipe packed with flavour from our friend George (food_with_George). It's time to fire up that grill!

Ingredients

Burgers:

Capsicana Argentinian Sizzling Steak Seasoning Mix

4 Beef burger patties

Guacamole:

2 avocados

1 lime

1 minced garlic clove

1 tsp sea salt flakes

For the chimichurri:

25g fresh parsley

1 red chilli

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp sea salt flakes

112g olive oil

55g red wine vinegar

Method

  1. Chop your parsley and chilli and combine with the rest of your chimichurri ingredients in a bowl, stir and put to one side.
  2. Remove your avocados from their skins and put them in a bowl with lime, garlic and salt and mash together - leave to one side.
  3. Take your seasoning mix and spread it evenly over a plate, then press your burgers into the seasoning so they are evening coated in the mixture.
  4. Time for the BBQ - cook your seasoned burgers through on both sides.
  5. Slice your bread buns in half and add a little olive oil, now put them oil side down on the BBQ to give them a little charring.
  6. Time to build - Bun case, guacamole, burger, chimichurri and then the bun lid. Enjoy!
