Capsicana Brazilian BBQ Wrap Seasoning Mix

1 Beef Steak

1. Rub the steak with a little olive oil and sprinkle generously with the seasoning mix.
2. Sear on a griddle pan or BBQ on a high heat for 1-3 minutes on each side depending on how you like your steak cooked.
3. Set aside and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
