Ingredients

Capsicana Brazilian BBQ Wrap Seasoning Mix

Chorizo

Cherry Tomatoes

Hanger/skirt steak

Olive Oil

Method

  1. Heat up that BBQ!
  2. Make your marinade by mixing together a good glug of olive oil and the seasoning mix in a large bowl, then set aside.
  3. Chop the chorizo into bitesize chunks and slice the beef into long, large strips.
  4. Coat the beef, chorizo and tomatoes in the marinade and leave to marinate as long as you can, at least 10 minutes.
  5. Make two lots of skewers, one with just the marinated beef threaded onto the skewers. Then load the remaining skewers with the chorizo and tomatoes, alternating as you go.
  6. Cook the skewers on the BBQ, rotating as you go. We recommend rare or medium rare for this cut of steak.
  7. Serve on a platter for your BBQ feast, serving with potatoes, veggies or a fresh salad.
