Ingredients

Capsicana Mexican Chilli & Honey Cooking Paste

1.5kg chicken wings

1 lemon

Olive oil

Method

  1. Mix 1.5kg chicken wings with two packs of Capsicana cooking paste and a glug of olive oil (saving a little bit back for basting). Let the wings marinate in the fridge.
  2. Mix the remaining cooking paste with 1 tbsp lemon juice and a splash of olive oil, and set aside for basting.
  3. Chuck the wings on the BBQ and cook for approx 20-25 mins, turning regularly and basting generously for the last 5 minutes.
  4. ENJOY!
