Capsicana Brazilian Cooking Paste

500g leftover veggies

400ml vegetable stock

Method

  1. In a large saucepan combine veggies, cooking paste and vegetable stock.
  2. Blend well with a hand blender until smooth.
  3. Heat through and serve topped with cracked pepper and fresh herbs
