Tortilla Chips

Our crunchy Capsicana Tortilla Chips contain just three ingredients - wholegrain corn, sunflower oil and a little salt. We make them using the traditional Mexican method called "nixtamalization". The corn is soaked, dried and stoneground, then made into masa dough which is cut, flash-fried and lightly salted. Bringing you a bag-full of authentic corn crunch and flavour. They taste great on their own, with salsa and guacamole or made into nachos.
