Ingredients

Capsicana Mexican Burrito Tinga Cooking Paste

Capsicana Mini Tortilla Wraps

500g cooked turkey or chicken, shredded

100g cheese, grated

1 onion, finely sliced

1 red pepper, finely sliced

A handful of coriander, chopped

Fresh tomato, finely chopped

Shallots, finely chopped

Method

1. In a hot pan fry the onion and red pepper in 1 tbsp cooking oil. Stir and fry until the vegetables are softened (4-5 mins).

2. Add in the cooking paste, 1-2 tbsp water and the shredded turkey. Mix well until thoroughly heated through.

3. Heat the mini tortilla wraps and begin building your tacos with the turkey mixture. Top with your favoruite toppings - we love cheese, fresh onions, tomatoes and herbs!
